It's okay and normal to not know your name or who you are at this point. It is currently 2023 and we're on the planet called earth. You can find the time and date here.If you came back from dormancy, welcome back! Some things might've changed (which may include the system you are in). Thats okay, and it might take a while to get used to but you'll adapt pretty fairly easily! It's okay if the world is a bit blurry/foggy at this point and time. Take this time to explore and don't force yourself to remember everything immediately. If you're a new alter, hi! It might take a while to get used to your surroundings. Take your time learning new hobbies, getting to know the world, and if you need a name, find one! You can use a website like this one in order to find one.

If you have memories that didn't happen to the body, that's okay! These memories may not have happened to body, but they may feel real to you and that's valid. You may have something called pseudomemories. Click here for more info.Your system may have a journal or a private discord server, so if you feel like you have calmed down and are able to, you can go ahead and try to look for it!If you hear voices in your head, do not worry. Those voices may be other headmates/alters trying to talk to you. You can try asking them for help (in your head or verbally) if you need it. If the voices are saying bad things, distract yourself with something or sleep if you can.If the world feels blurry or very foggy, you may be dissocating. The device you have may already have an app to help you locate where you are. If you can't find an app, click here and then click "allow location access".

The first image app is called "Google Maps". It's commonly found on android phones and is the most common app for maps.
The second image app is called "Apple Maps". It is downloaded on every apple phone.
The third image app is called "Waze". It is common for people who own vehicles.

Pseudomemories, which you may hear people also call them source memories, are memories that an alter may have, but didn't actually happen to the body. These memories are connected to body trauma in some way which is why an alter has them. They represent what the body has experienced in real life, whether reflecting it emotionally or literally.Introjects are alters that are copies of a type of media or a real person. The thing they are based on is called a source. They're real and valid and NOT their source. They shouldn't be treated as their source unless you are given consent to do so. They may identify as their source or may not, but that is up to them. Some introjects may be distant enough from the source to no longer identify with it. This process is called source separation and is very healthy and encouraged.

It's okay and normal to not know your name or who you are at this point. It is currently 2022 and we're on the planet called earth. You can find the time and date here. You're in a system.A DID or OSDD1 system is made when your brain experiences trauma at such a young age instead of forming one personality it divides itself into multiple identities that live in the same body for the body to cope and try to survive. These identities are called headmates or alters. DID and OSDD are dissociation disorders. Alters have their own thoughts, emotions, identities, personalities, etc. You're one of these alters. It's okay if you don't feel like you belong in the body but sadly you cannot change it for the time being.
